The shirt is only available in 12 month size, and it's white with a cupcake with ribbon icing, to create a 3D effect. It reads "I'm the Birthday Girl"

The headband is shown in light pink with a light blue flower.

The tutu is very full and perky, it is pixie style with diagonally cut layers, and it has close to 100 yards of premium soft tulle in shimmery pastels. It is a sewn tutu, onto an elastic waistband, which allows room for growth, as well as affords extra durability.

The front of the tutu has a pink polka dot bow, and if that's not in stock, a solid pink may be substituted. There are also ric rac, and satin coordinating ribbons around the tutu for that extra flair. The flower tooping the bow is shown in light blue. All bows and flowers are on alligator clips so they're completely removable and allow for mixing and matching with other pieces.
