This tutu cute SEWN Dora polka dot ribbon personalized birthday tutu set has layers of hot pink polka dot organza ribbon gracing the top of the tutu. The tutu is made with 12 layers of fuchsia, purple & orange tulle. I use more than 100 yards of tulle to make this tutu.
The fabric tulle gathered and sewn, in multiple layers, to thick red and white polka dot grosgrain ribbon elastic waistband. Grosgrain or Satin ribbon option. The tutu shown is 8 inches in length.
This top design has Dora appliqued directly on the top with the birthday number. The top is detailed with the bow and neckline trimmed with organza & satin trim, and double ruffle ribbon accent. All embellishments are SEWN to the top. Happy to customize.
A beautiful bow or headband will complete the outfit.

Each item is handmade for each order, not mass produced. To create the fullest effect, all of our tutus are completely sewn. The method created for this tutu builds the tulle from the underside out to create a very full tutu. The tulle is gathered and sewn to the grosgrain or satin waistband. Elastic is pulled through for a secure fit while allowing 3 extra inches for growth and easy on/off!
